The housing protective rear cap is removable for refilling the magazine for the implement (10) insertion through the container (34) aperture. The container aperture has a tubular sleeve (50) for a capillary feed element (64) with top side contact face (68), abutted by the magazine (36) rear face (40). The abutment takes place, when the magazine end section (38) is pushed in and the implement, with protective cap removed, is inserted into the sleeve. The implement and the container have steps for defined insertion limiting. Pref. the container bar an aerating duct above the liq. level (72). USE/ADVANTAGE - For fountain pens, markers, drawing and painting implements. Has a facility for rear side refilling, without any soiling of the implement.
