摘要

Polarised light is divided into two wavefronts by a shear generating element (4). The wavefronts are fed via an imaging optical element so that light is first incident on the sample (7), reflected, and passed via the optical element and shear generating element. The two reflected wavefronts are superimposed and brought into interference by an analyser (2).By rotating the shear direction w.r.t. the specimen about the optical axis (11) of the system and performing measurements at the different angular positions, light is recorded at a receiver (1) and measurement values are shown as images with the aid of an image evaluation unit (10).
