The device has a spindle (39) which penetrates an axial, displaceable setting rod (36) rotating in the longitudinal direction. The setting rod on the pipe side has a guide sleeve (41) for the setting piston on the smallest horizontal inner cross-section of the centre bore box (2). The guide sleeve has an arrow shaped cross-section, and on the sleeve ends has the protective sleeve (43) with spring rings (46) imbedded in the wall (47), to provide radially outwards force. USE/ADVANTAGE - For water pipe incrustation protection, secure sealing preventing bacteria build up.
