Device for regulating the gas/air ratio in a gas burner

The gas/air ratio in a gas burner can be regulated by adjusting a controllable regulating valve (2) in the gas line (1) as a function of a measured differential pressure. In order to obtain perfect results during this process, both in the case of forced-air burners having an adjustable baffle-plate and in the case of premixing burners having a fuel rod (8) as flame retainer, provision is made, for measurement of the differential pressure, for a first pressure-measuring point (7) in the air chamber (6) and a second pressure-measuring point (11) in the vicinity of the mixing point (10), and the differential pressure between these two measuring points (7 and 11) is used to control the regulating valve (2).
