Active and passive radiator acting on all sides

The radiator (1) is composed of a passive part (11) and an active part (10). The passive radiator part acts as a reflector, and the active radiator part as a radiator. The two radiator parts can be arranged next to one another or above one another. They are interwoven in order to produce effects in illuminating engineering during motion. The storage of light or the storage of energy for the active part is accomplished by means of fluorescent materials which are charged with the aid of daylight and then output the stored energy during darkness in a well-metered fashion. The radiator is configured in this case in such a way that it brings its active and passive mode of operation to bear from any direction of observation. Radiators (1) fastened on bicycle spokes (8) consist of two components which are glued, welded or clamped to one another. IMAGE
