Monitoring air contamination continuously for 24 hours at regional sites

The system is provided with a timer to prevent switching off at intermediate times. The different amounts of liquid are converted to a standard size, so that the results can be compared. The substances remaining in the air are washed using bidistilled water and also taken account of.The liquid pressure at different temperatures is balanced using small rubber air balls. Samples can be submitted e.g. for gas chromatography and analysed. The pH value of the air can be used as a measure for the acid level.
