There is a pair of X-runners (20a,b) movable along X-guides (12a,b), and a pair of Y-runners (26a,b) movable along Y-guides (14a,b). An X-direction bar (32) passes through the X-runners, while a Y-direction bar (34) passes also through the X-runners and is coupled to the X-direction bar. The X-runners are moved in the X-direction by an X-drive (36a,b), while the Y-runners are moved in the Y-direction by a Y-drive (38a,b). Several Z-driver (40a-h) move the corner blocks (18a-d) in a Z-direction. They are fitted to the corner blocks at both ends of X- and Y-bars. USE/ADVANTAGE - For load transport etc., with a facility for easy avoiding obstacles, and easy equilibrium maintenance.
