The invention relates to a device for controlling the flow of a high viscous, non-homogeneous fluid, particularly floating manure, from at least one pressurized tube (2). The characteristic features of the invention are a number of outlet tubes (4) connected to said pressurized tube (2), each of said outlet tubes (4) being provided with a controllable membrane valve (9, 11) means (25) for periodic opening and closing of the valve and means (28) for controlling the outlet flow from the outlet tube (4) by adjusting the pulse ratio, i.e. the ratio between the time (T1) of a period during which the valve is open and the total period time (T). The device comprises an overall control for adjusting the period time of all valves as well as means for individual adjustment of the period time of a separate valve.
