The invention relates to an electronic device for control of the distribution of feed, used for fish farming. A sensitive element (1) excited by the action, or the migration from one region to another, of the fish population generates an electric signal which is amplified and shaped by a conditioner circuit (2) then compared with a datum value. The signal thus processed then arrives at the system (4) which, depending on the preestablished programming, drives a power module (5) which activates the feed distribution (6). The loading or the alteration of the values of the parameters used for the processing by the microprocessor system (4) is performed by a communication module of the screen/keyboard type (7), and may be situated in direct proximity to (4), or remoted and linked to (4) by a wire link, or by a radio or optical link. Additional inputs (10, 11, 12) are used to couple the control of the distribution to external events, likely to affect the feeding of the fish population. The user of a printer (8), or of any other output or archiving system makes it possible to follow the progress of the distribution in the course of the day. IMAGE
