The invention relates to devices for measuring the torque between two rotating shafts, when the location of the kinematic (drive) chain between a motor and a load where it is desired to measure the torques in the transient regime is not the location of installation of the torque measurement device. It then consists in taking into account the inertia of the rotational masses of the kinematic chain located between the location where it is desired to know the torques and the location where the measuring device is situated.
