The appts. (10) includes a casing (12) having an electronic power circuit (14) and a cooling plate (16) with external spikes or terminals for connection and are connected to the power circuit. The appts. has an electronic control card which is lodged in the case of the power circuit and a cover is placed over the casing. The hybrid circuit is fixed to a cooling plate (16) which is done in the usual manner. The cooling plate uses thermal conduction to remove the heat produced by the hybrid circuit and conducts the heat to another metallic cooling piece to which the plate is fixed. It is advantageous if the cooling plate has the shape of an L with one side supporting the hybrid circuit and the other perpendicular and connected to a metallic support.
