The clamp fixes directly one or two bottles to a stabilising jacket. The operating cord has a pull toggle, fixed to two anchor strips, clamped in headed anchor bolts, fastened to the stabiliser jacket. The retainer may have a triangular section (1), carrying on its base two shouldered bolts (2), with locking grooves (3). The triangular apex may retain two threaded studs (4), for fixing a rear locking angle, the anchor strips fitting in the shouldered bolt locking grooves. The triangular section may be a plate, carrying the shouldered bolts and bottle ejecting springs. ADVANTAGE - Suitable for all jackets and bottles. Rapid assembly, or release in event of accident enabling resurfacing, or recovery.
