Appts. for packaging bandaging or dressing tape has an arrangement (2) to ensure winding of the tape (B) and packaging of the tape as a roll in an independent manner for reuse from the wound state. Pref. the arrangement consists of a crank (2), the axle (2a) of which has fittings (2a1) allowing anchoring of the tape for winding and allowing retraction of the crank (2) after winding of the tape to maintain its wound state. USE/ADVANTAGE - For rewinding tape used esp. as protection for the fetlocks and shanks of horses. The tape is rewound under constant tension in a simple, reliable, rapid and efficient manner.
