The tubular probe body (10) has a handle (15) at its proximal end and a groove running along at least part of its length. The probe cooperates with a sliding cutter component (20) with a hook-shaped blade (23) whose end (231) is removably engageable in the longitudinal groove. The shaft (21) of the cutter is of a diameter corresponding to that of the probe body, and of a length greater than that of the grooved portion of the body. The end of the shaft away from the blade is curved (22) to form a manual gripping ring.The width of the blade is slightly less than the distance between the opposing edges of the groove.
