Dynamic insulating wall element intended to be used in a building to naturally improve thermal, acoustic, aeraulic and hygrometric comfort, constituted by a composite plate (1) having at least one layer (2) of insulating material thermal provided with spacers (3) on at least one of its faces, the spacers (3) defining an air passage (5) in at least two directions parallel to the plate (1) to circulate and enter the air in the building, characterized in that the composite plate (1) further comprises a hydrophilic resistant layer (4) disposed against the spacers (3) of the layer of thermal insulating material.
