Synergistic combination to improve secretion of endogenous growth hormone

The combination of growth hormone releasing factor (GRF) and the synthetic molecule (I) L-692,429, a non-peptidal growth hormone secretagogue, is seen to synergistically increase the endogenous production of growth hormone by the pituitary gland.
