A two-side image forming method apparatus and related method, the method including steps of: forming a multi-color image on one side of a recording material; heating the recording material, bearing the multi- color image on a side thereof, with a first amount of heat; forming a multi-color image on the other side of the recording material heated with the first amount of heat; and heating said recording material, bearing the multi-color images on both sides thereof with a second amount of heat larger than the first amount of heat.
