PURPOSE:To realize a sufficiently high speed knitting by contriving enlargement of the diameter of a cam surface even if the title head is compact, by a method wherein a knitting stick is arranged between a base and rotator by tilting the knitting stick so that its tip part becomes a closer position of a torpedo of an inner tube extruding machine than a rear end part. When the rotator 6 is turned and driven, the same is turned in a circumferential direction of a cam surface 8, cam contacting parts 10 each of a plurality of the knitting sticks are reciprocated in an axial direction, the knitting sticks 9 each perform an advancing or retreating in the axial direction, knitting yarn 12 is knitted and knitted fabric 13 is wound up round the outer peripheral surface of an inner pipe 14. An outer pipe 15 is formed by means of an outer pipe extruding machine on a reinforcing layer 13 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner pipe 14, and a reinforced hose is manufactured after necessary treatment is performed.
