PURPOSE:To make yarn veplacement easy to effect higher operating efficiency of spinning machine, by taking a diminished yarn-wound bobbin away from a creel hanger followed by taking a full-wound bobbin down from a creel shelf using a bobbin unloading device to amount said bobbin on the creel hanger. CONSTITUTION:When a yarn-wound bobbin becomes small in the size, the yarn in the diminished bobbin 4a is cut (with the yarn end left near the trumpet guide), said bobbin 4a being removed from a creel hanger 5 followed by actuation of a bobbin unloading device to take a full-wound bobbin 6 down from a creel shelf 2 to mount said bobbin 6 on the creel hanger 5.
