PURPOSE:To improve thermal stability and light resistance, comprising a vinyl chloride-based copolymer, plasticizer and a specific heat stabilizer. CONSTITUTION:0.5-10wt.% at least one monomer selected from an ethylene-based hydrocarbon, a vinyl fatty acid, an acrylic acid ester and a vinyl ether is copolymerized with 1-10wt.% (meth)acrylic acid glycidyl ester and vinyl chloride to give a vinyl chloride-based copolymer. Then 100 pts.wt. of the copolymer is blended with 20-60 pts.wt. plasticizer (e.g. dioctyl phthalate) and 1-5 pts.wt. heat stabilizer comprising an alkyltin-containing sulfur compound shown by formula I-formula III (R is 1-12C alkyl; n is 1-20; m is 2-20) having a bond ratio S/Sn of 0.5S/Sn1.5, constituting cyclic S or containing Sn bonded to oxygen forming an ester bond to give an intermediate film composition for vinyl chloride-based safety glass.
