PURPOSE: To permit the speedy disposal such as operation of a drain valve by automatically recognizing the stable water level of the underground water. ;CONSTITUTION: As for the deep well construction method for adjusting the water level by pumping up the underground water by a pump 6 through a pipe 5 struck into the underground, the upper limit and lower limit water levels are detected by an upper limit sensor 1 arranged at the limit HA of the stable water level HL of the underground water and a lower limit sensor 2 arranged at the lower limit HB. The electric signal supplied from each sensor is taken out to a control board 3, and displayed and informed, and a valve 6B is operated on the basis of the information.
