PURPOSE:To obtain a certificate card being suitable for an auto-driving license, enabling automation of renewal of the license, improving the convenience of a license carrier and being highly reliable. CONSTITUTION:A printed raw. card 102 on the surface of which a face image of a carrier and character information necessary for a license are printed at least and on the printed surface of which a protective film is formed and a radio IC raw card 143, in which radio IC storing the face image and the character information at least is incorporated, are stuck on each other to be integrated.
