PURPOSE: To perform simple cutoff and besides prevent the occurrence of overflow of cutoff water and to effectively maintain a cutoff state. ;CONSTITUTION: A resilient bag-form body 1 is provided to have feed and discharge ports for gas and an arcuate outer surface 11 and bring an arcuate outer surface 11 into resilient contact with the inner peripheral surface of a channel pipe through filling of it with gas, and stop water flowing through the channel pipe. A drain pipe 2 through which water stopped by the bag-form body 1 is drained to the outside of the channel pipe is installed. Water can be stopped only by expanding the bag-form body 1, and the cutoff state can be maintained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
