MOTORLESS TWO STAGE PARKING DEVICE ROTATABLY MARSHALLING LIKE EQUIARMED BALANCE DUE TO TRANSFER GRAVITY DIFFERENCE OF AUTOMOBILE

PURPOSE: To make two stage parking possible without using power such as a motor by moving the front part and the rear part of a vehicle loading base placed on the upper part of a fulcrum shaft upward and downward so as to automatically rotate like an equiarmed balance due to transfer of gravity. ;CONSTITUTION: A recessed rectangular vehicle loading base 6 is fixedly secured with connecting rods 3, 4, 5 in parallel, and this is placed on the upper part of a fulcrum shaft 10 rotatably fitted to the receiving shafts 8 of setting up frames bases 7. Next the center part of the base 6 is fastened so that the front and the rear ends of the base 6 is moved upward and downward due to transfer of gravity like an equiarmed balance. Next, by operating a handle 13 and a clutch lever 12 provided on the setting up frame base 7, chains 17, 17 are tensely interlocked through a worm gear 11 and a control gear 14, and the vehicle loading base 6 can be rotationally moved centering around the fulcrum shaft 10 by slight force. Consequently, at garaging or delivery, the parking device can be operated utilizing transfer gravity difference of an automobile itself, without using power such as a motor, and regardless of a vehicle parking on the under stage.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
