Ceramic-based products, extrusion molding method and composite mouthpiece type of synthetic resin products

PURPOSE:To decrease wear of a top gauge die and expence of a mold by a method wherein a shape of the outer peripheral part of a product is roughly molded by using a main nozzle mold wherein a pattern die is removably fixed on the apex part of a nozzle mold forming the outer periphery of a molded item of an extrusion molding machine and then, finish molding is performed by means of a top gauge die fixed on the apex of the main nozzle mold and with no cut. CONSTITUTION:A mortar 9 which is a raw material is transferred to a main nozzle mold 3 through a connecting pipe 2 by means of a screw 11 for press-transferring the raw material of an extrusion molding machine. The mortar 9 is gradually compressed on the inner face of this main nozzle mold 3 and molding of an outer peripheral shape of a molded item is started and at the same time, a groove pattern is molded on the surface of the molded item by means of a pattern dies 41-43. After the outer peripheral shape and the groove pattern of the molded item are roughly molded like this, the whole region of the outer peripheral part is molded smoothly by means of a top gauge die 6 with the same shape as the cross-sectional shape of the molded item and good accuracy to get completely rid of a fibrous groove formed on the surface of the molded item 10 caused by a gap of a fitting part between the nozzle mold and the die with the groove pattern.
