PURPOSE: To improve workability, and to enhance the whole rigidity by engaging each lower edge with projections on a sleeper material and placing concrete between a front wall and a rear wall held and juxtaposed by a strut member and a tension member. ;CONSTITUTION: Sleeper materials 1 having positioning projections 2-5 at the front ends and rear ends of top faces are arranged in parallel on the same surface in a flat surface, on which stone 6 is paced and tamped. A rear wall 10 composed of a concrete board, in which reinforcements are incorporated, is hung down, the lower edge of the rear wall is engaged with the front surfaces of the rear-end projections 4, 5 of the sleeper materials 1, and strut members 14 are disposed among the rear wall 10 and the sleeper materials 1 and the rear wall 10 is held at a forward inclined attitude. A front wall 9, in which reinforcements are incorporated, is hung down, the lower edge of the front wall is engaged with the rear surfaces of the front-end projections 2, 3 of the sleeper materials 1, and tension members 21 are arranged between the front wall 9 and the sleeper members 1 and the front wall 9 is held at an approximately vertical attitude.
