PURPOSE: To rationalize work process by forming panels of foamed plastic heat insulating boards to which highly rigid composite reinforcing members are fixed at intervals between batters, and installing these panels instead of sheathing boards of a form. ;CONSTITUTION: Vertical grooves of a recessed cross section are formed on the surface of a foamed plastic heat insulating board 6, and composite reinforcing members 7 of highly rigid material in the shape of square bar are inserted into the grooves and fixed. The composite reinforcing members 7 are formed of a composite material composed of new or used or regenerated metal, plastic or wood, plus foaming agent, ceramics, glass fiber and the like. Panels A consisting of the formed plastic heat insulating boards 6 and the composite reinforcing members 7 are placed as sheathing boards of the form, concrete is poured, and interior wall work is performed.
