PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly save labor of the mounting work of support members by laying a heat insulation member to which a reinforcing member is attached on the rear face through the support members erected at every specified distance. ;SOLUTION: Supports 1 are erected at every specified distance and appropriate horizontal support members 2 are laid on the supports 1. A first fixing bar members 30 are fixed by nails or the like in the longitudinal direction of a flat plate 21 put on the support members 2. Then, a second fixing bar members 30 are fixed to the support members 2 by nails. Thereafter, a number of sheets of form-cum-heat insulation members 10 are pushed in two directions so that a number of members 10 are closely stuck to each other and third and fourth fixing bar members 30, 30 are fixed to the support members 2 by nails along the rest (reverse side) two side edges.
