PURPOSE:To improve the utilization efficiency of a hydraulic pump by installing a selector valve device for selectively introducing the oil discharged from the hydraulic pump into a hydraulic cylinder or a transmission case and forming an oil reservoir in the upper part of the transmission case. CONSTITUTION:When the discharged oil of a hydraulic pump is introduced into a hydraulic cylinder 13 through a selector valve 27, the hydraulic cylinder 13 is operated, and a working machine rises. In other cases, the discharged oil of the hydraulic pump is returned into a transmission case through the selector valve 27. The oil which flows into the transmission case is stored into an oil reservoir 35 formed in the upper part, and flows into the lubrication part for a shaft and humid type brake devices 41 and 46 from the oil reservoir 35, and is effectively used as the lubricating oil or cooling oil. Therefore, the utilization efficiency of the hydraulic pump for operating the working machine is improved, and the load of the oil pump for lubricating oil is lightened.
