PURPOSE: To carry out drilling work efficiently and prevent the penetration of underground water or muddy water into a bearing pile under construction and hence form a strong concrete bearing pile. ;CONSTITUTION: A buried inner pipe 3 whose lower end is closed is concentrically inserted into an outer pipe 2 while an excavation blade mounted short pipe 8, which is mounted with an excavation blade 7 whose inner end projects inwardly, is removably connected to the lower end of the outer pipe 2. Both the outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 3 are driven into the ground at a specified depth while rotating at least the outer pipe 2 and then the excavation blade mounted short pipe 8 is cut off from the outer pipe 2.
