PURPOSE: To obtain the subject resin composition which is excellent in water resistance, anti-slip property, and anti-block property and does not necessitate protection against rain during aging after application. ;CONSTITUTION: This resin composition comprises a copolymer latex and a wax emulsion in a weight ratio of preferably 100/3 to 100/25, the latex being one obtained by copolymerizing 35-55wt.% butadiene, 40-65wt.% styrene, and 1-5wt.% ethylenic carboxylic acid in the presence of 0.5-1.5 pts.wt. emulsifier per 100 pts.wt. the monomers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
