PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheathing roof board which can hold a moisture-proof property and thermal insulation property for a long time and can improve thermal insulation effect due to the improvement of airtightness in a joint part for a pole plate, etc., markedly and effectively by a simple configuration, a mounting structure of the sheathing roof board, and construction materials such as a ridge lumber, purline, pole plate, etc. ;SOLUTION: A sheathing roof board 10 is knotched and formed in a corner part of a pole plate, etc., and joined and fixed on a resin layer formed on a flat face in correspondence to gradient of a roof. In this case, a sheetlike facial material 16 which includes at least a common rafter 12, is formed integrally, and uses a thermal insulation material 11 as a core is provided on a face on an indoor side of the thermal insulation material 11 in a condition in which the thermal insulation material 11 made of a foaming resin is built in.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
