PURPOSE: To simplify bending adjustment of a spectacle frame at a retail store and improve comfortability of putting on the spectacle by being inserted an adjusting pipe capable of restraining shape restoration due to elasticity of the spectacle part on the decided part position of the spectacle part. ;CONSTITUTION: An adjusting pipe 2 made of aluminum is inserted with a temple core 11a. These temple core 11a and adjusting pipe 2 are further coated with synthetic resin, so as to form an end cover 3. The adjusting pipe 2 is plastically deformed, and in addition the elastic limit is larger than the restorring force due to the elasticity of the temple core 11a. Hereby, when the temple core 11a is bent together with the adjusting pipe 2, the temple core 11a itself is apt to restore the form before bending due to the superelastical characteristic, but shape restoration due to the elasticity of the temple core 11a is restrained with the adjusting pipe 2 being inserted, and hence the deformation of bending part position is maintained.
