WELDING GAS SHIELDING SYSTEM, GAS SHIELDING METHOD AND ITS CHAMBER

PURPOSE: To provide a flexible chamber having simple structure capable of supplying gas shielding to a bottom surface of welding. ;CONSTITUTION: A chamber 10 is provided with plural chamber parts forming the chamber having a bottom part 16, side part, end part 14 and opening upper part 18, and a supporting wire flexibly linking the chamber parts. The chamber parts are provided with a first set 30 of U shaped member having an arm part, upper bottom part and lower bottom part, an internal space demarcated between the upper bottom part and lower bottom part, a feeding hole 26 provided in the upper bottom part, and a notch part 31 formed in the side facing the arm part, a second set 42 of a U shaped member having the arm part and the bottom part 16, and a pin provided between the arm parts of the second set 42. The first set 30 and the second set 40 are alternately arranged, the member of the first set 30 is pivotable to the member adjacent to the second set 40 by alternately acting on the notch part 31 of the first set with the pin of the second set.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
