PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform the leveling work of self-leveling floor grounds efficiently and with high degree of accuracy by moving a frame supporting a trowel by traveling means, and controlling the height of the trowel by a controlling means. CONSTITUTION:A trowel 3 having a specific length, a frame 5 supporting it and up and down motion means 7 and 7 moving the trowel 3 up and down are provided.
