PURPOSE: To enhance color reproduction performance, sharpness, and develop ment processing stability by incorporating a specified homopolymer or copolymer and a compound. ;CONSTITUTION: The photosensitive material contains one of the homopolymer or copolymer having repeating units each derived from a monomer represented by formula I and one of the compounds represented by formula II, and in formulae I and II, each of R1 and R3 is H or a substituent; each of Z1 and Z2 is a nonmetallic atomic group necessary to form a 2-4 N-containing 5-membered azole ring; X1 is H, a halogen, or a group releasable by coupling; X2 is a group to be allowed to release a development inhibitor or its precursor by coupling with the oxidation product of a developing agent or a group to be allowed to release a development inhibitor or its precurscr by coupling with the oxidation product of another developing agent; one of R1 and R2 is a group represented by formula III: R0 is Hcr 1-4 C alkyl: and A is a divalent bonding group.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
