PURPOSE: To heat feedwater by using heat from exhaust gas by dividing fed water, respectively directing a first flow to a container and a second flow to a feedwater heater, directing it to the container after heating it by exhaust gas in the heater and producing a mixture of the first and second flows in the container. CONSTITUTION: A heat recovery steam generator(HRSC) 9 receives feedwater 16 from a condenser 14, transmits heat to the feedwater 16 from exhaust gas 7 from a gas turbine 1 and discharges it to atmospheric air as exhaust gas 10 after converting it into steams in three different pressure levels. In this case, the feedwater 16 is firstly divided into a flow 21 and a flow 22, the flow 21 (first flow) is directed made to flow in a deaerator 24, and the flow 22 (second flow) is made to flow in a feedwater heater 25. This heater 25 is soaked in exhaust gas of the HRSC 9, and consequently, the flow 22 in the heater 25 is heated, and heated water 27 forms a heat source of the deaeratcr 24. Thereafter, the feedwater 21 is mixed in the device 24, relative quantity of the feedwater is adjusted by a feedwater dividing valve 23 and pressure in the device is adjusted.
