PURPOSE: To enable fine and diverse use by constituting panel opening/closing mechanism and sunshade opening/closing mechanism in such a way as to be driven by separate driving means that can be controlled individually. ;CONSTITUTION: The opening/closing mechanism X of a panel 4 puts the panel 4 in tilting action through a lifter by the movement of a connecting shaft in a cam oblong hole by the receding motion of a slider 9 and then pulls out the panel 4 onto the upper face side of a vehicle roof 2 to fully open an opening part 3. The slider 9 is moved through a driving cable 16 towed by a gearing 17 rotated by a motor 18. On the other hand, the opening/closing mechanism Y of a sunshade 7 puts the sunshade 7 in tilting action by inducing the rise of a link from the time of the front edge part of the sunshade 7 coming in contact with a stopper by the advancing motion of a rear shoe 26.
