PURPOSE: To automatically generate a test driver by indicating an automatic check test function and designating a selected attribute of a parameter of the test function. CONSTITUTION: With respect to sets of test function indications of software interface and attribute value specifications, a test driver generator 40 generates a test driver 42 which selectively executes an indicated automatic check test function by all combinations of selected attributes. The test driver 42 generates test data for a specific combination of attributes. After generation of test data, the test driver 42 calls the automatic check test function and accumulates test statistics based on the result returned from the automatic check test function.
