MANUFACTURE FOR MAGNETIC TAPE CASSETTE WITH AT LEAST ONE SHEET OF ANTIFRICTION FOIL SEPARATED FROM STACK OF ANTIFRICTION FOIL, MAGNETIC CASSETTE TAPE MANUFACTURED BY THE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND STACK OF ANTIFRICTION FOIL USED TO THE MAGNETIC TAPE CASSETTE AND ITS MANUFACTURE

摘要

PURPOSE: To separate only one sheet of antifriction foil from the stack of antifriction foil by making difference between distances between at least two lifting parts of two mutually adjacent sheets of antifriction foil. ;CONSTITUTION: A spring effect is generated at the lifting part and the spring effect slightly lifts at least top antifriction foil 8₁ to 8_2b away from antifriction foil under it. This ensures the top antifriction foil is always the completely separated from the stack of antifriction foil to insert only one sheet of antifriction foil into the housing half part 10 of the magnetic tape cassette, thereby substantially eliminating the manufacture of an imperfect cassette because of the insertion of the antifriction foil of more sheets than one desirable sheet.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
