WELDING METHOD FOR FLAT APERTURE GRILLE AND FLAT APERTURE GRILLE LAYING STAND

PURPOSE: To provide a welding method by which welding time can be shortened and wrinkle and sag formation is suppressed for a flat aperture grille and provide a flat aperture grille laying stand. ;CONSTITUTION: An opposite circular frame 3 and a flat aperture grille which is put on the opposite circular frame 3 and composes a color selecting electrode of a color cathode-ray tube are welded each other. In this method, after about a half of the whole frame length of the circular frame 3 is welded from the center part toward one end, the remaining half of the whole frame length of the frame 3 is welded by changing the direction of a welding head by one or two times.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
