PURPOSE:To stabilize soldering, and to improve productivity by using a holed hoop-shaped insulating washer, and soldering a rotor electrode for a rotor and the underside of a shaft head section in the rotor through the hole for the insulating washer. A leaf spring 22 with a rotor terminal 21 is bonded with the lower end of the rotor shaft 20, and the rotor shaft 20 is connected to the rotor electrode 14 by solder 23 through the notch sections 27 in the underside of the head section 19.
