PURPOSE:To stabilize soldering, and to improve productivity by using a holed hoop-shaped insulating washer, and soldering a rotor electrode for a rotor and the underside of a shaft head section in the rotor through the hole for the insulating washer. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 13 is constituted by forming a semicircular rotor electric 14 onto the top face of a discoid magnetic dielectric, the center of which has a through-hole. A stator 15 is composed of an insulating substrate, to the top face of which a semicircular stator electrode 17 consisting of a metal unified with a stator terminal 16 is mounted and which is made up of a resin, etc. The rotor 13 is arranged onto the stator 15, an insulating washer 18, to an outer circumferential section of which several semicirculator notch sections 27 for soldering are shaped and at a center of which the through-hole 26 is formed, is disposed onto the rotor 13, and a rotor shaft 20, the upper end of which has a head section 19, is inserted into through-holes for the washer 18, the rotor 13 and the stator 15. A leaf spring 22 with a rotor terminal 21 is bonded with the lower end of the rotor shaft 20, and the rotor shaft 20 is connected to the rotor electrode 14 by solder 23 through the notch sections 27 in the underside of the head section 19.
