PURPOSE:To make mold release possible by providing a part, where the draft for release from a mold is minimum, in plural positions of the inside or outside peripheral surface of optical parts like a lens frame. CONSTITUTION:An optical head body 12 of an optical head 11 is formed with a plastic member. The body 12 is formed by molds 13-15 separated in tree directions. Apertures 16, 25, and 27 formed with molds have inside peripheral surfaces tapered for mold release on sections passing axes. For example, the aperture 27 has a certain inside radius part 27A, where radiuses with the axis of the aperture 27 as the center are certain values R and R from the end part of the aperture 27 to the deep part in the inside peripheral part in the vertical direction passing the axis and that in the horizontal direction, and has a taper face part 27C, where the diameter is reduced gradually from the end part of the aperture 27 toward the deep part, in the other part. Thus, mold release is possible and slide adjustment is performed without generating play.
