PURPOSE: To eliminate risk of water leakage, allow being used both for the foundation and an underground continuous wall, enhance the reliability of the wall constructed, and shorten the construction term to a great extent by continuously forming the high accuracy underground continuous wall without seams. ;CONSTITUTION: A dolly 4 placed on a rail 2 is made movable through meshing of a rack 7, which is installed in parallel with the rail 2, with a driving sprocket 8 mounted on the dolly 4. A tilting frame 12 is installed on one side of a derrick 10 provided on the dolly 4, and a drive wheel 23 for driving chain is installed in the upper part of this frame 12. A guide post 24 capable of being spliced is installed so that it can elevate and sink relative to the frame 12, and an endless chain 32 is set over a chain sprocket 30 installed at the bottom of the guide post 24 and the drive wheel 23 and fitted with a number of cutter bits 33 and agitating bars 34 alternately.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
