Tool transport control system and its device in FMS

摘要

PURPOSE:To construct a flexible production system by constituting a device determining an address of a tool magazine pot by a result of deciding a kind of a supply tool replaced with a return tool of the determined address. CONSTITUTION:A tool kind of a necessary tool list from a necessary/ unnecessary tool list forming part 2 is decided in a tool kind decision part 11, and a tool magazine pot of the corresponding unnecessary tool list in each decided tool kind is searched and assigned in a tool magazine assigning part 12. By deciding the tool kind and by assigning the tool magazine pot, a table, consisting of a supply tool and a return tool to be conveyed, is prepared in a tool conveyance table forming part 13. Thus in case of checking all the necessary tool lists, a tool conveyance control part 4 performs tool conveyance in accordance with the prepared tool conveyance table, replacing the pot with the predetermined tool magazine pot and ending all the processes.
