PURPOSE: To provide a seedling box picking up machine having excellent reduction of labor and efficiency in operation, equipped with a traveling device, a specific seedling box conveyor and a seedling box placing part capable of loading seedling boxes. ;CONSTITUTION: This seedling box picking up machine is equipped with a traveling device 1, a seedling box conveyor 2 for taking up seedling boxes from the ground and transporting onto a machine body and a seedling frame placing part 3 capable of loading seedling boxes. The seedling box placing device 2 is installed in such a way that seedling boxes can be taken up from the ground and transported in a state wherein the longer direction of the seedling boxes is faced to a direction crossing the transportation direction of the seedling box conveyor 2 when the shape of the seedling boxes in a plane view is rectangular.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
