PURPOSE:To provide a method for harvesting cultured vegetables, capable of reducing dependency on man power and of efficiently performing a harvesting work in the harvesting work in a water culture facility. CONSTITUTION:In a water culture facility in which cultured vegetables 300 are supported on a support belt 109 horizontally disposed above the flowing culture solution of a culture trough through pots 110, the roots of the cultured vegetables 300 are cut together with the pots 110 below the support member to separate off the cultured vegetables 300 for their harvest.
