PLASMID PTT27

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a plasmid pTT27 having a specific restriction enzyme cleavage map and having a prescribed length, excellent in heat resistance, solvent resistance and capable of applying to a bioreactor, etc. ;CONSTITUTION: This plasmid pTT27 is obtained from a supernatant obtained by subjecting, e.g. Thermus thermophilus COP 101 strain (FERM-P-12992) to bacteriolysis treatment with Thermus medium and subjecting the treated strain to centrifugal separation. The plasmid has about 240kb length. In the plasmid, recognized site number and size of cleaved fragments obtained when the plasmid is cleaved with various kinds of restriction enzymes are shown in the table.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
