PURPOSE: To obtain a new DNA sequence useful for detecting a bacterium belonging to the genus Klebsiella, specifically bonding to the bacterium belonging to the genus Klebsiella. ;CONSTITUTION: This DNA sequence is a DNA sequence of 18 bases which is at least one of the sequences of formula I to formula IV and/or their complementary sequences. The DNA sequence is obtained by chemical synthesis and is derived from 16S-rRNA gene of Escherichia coli.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
