PURPOSE: To provide a writing implement having a fastening and a fastening- attaching structure to a writing implement axial body wherein a pocket clip does not detach from the axial body or difficulty in embedding do not occur even when the freedom of designing is enlarged, and whitening and creep phenomenon can be prevented. ;CONSTITUTION: A writing implement has a fastening to be embedded and fixed in a writing implement axial body 2A through a ring-like attaching annulus. In the writing implement equipped with the fastening, a peripheral groove extending in the peripheral direction and one or more recesses 10 are provided on an end 2A₁ of the axial body. On the inner peripheral face of the ring-like attaching annulus of the fastening, a protruding stripe 12 to be embedded corresponding to the peripheral groove of the axial body end 2A₁ and a larger number of protrusions 14 than the number of the recesses 10 and a part of them is to be embedded corresponding to one or more of the recesses 10 are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
